We offer shipping within the United States, with two US shipping methods: Standard Delivery or 2 Day Express Delivery. Express shipping is not offered to PO Boxes.
Shipping time frames vary depending on location. Please allow two working days from the order date, for our warehouse team to pack and dispatch your order. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday local time, will be dispatched the following week. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery on weekends as delivery schedules vary by courier.
When checking out, please confirm your address. We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a returned item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We strongly recommend that you ship to a reliable address. Thistle and Hope is not responsible for lost/stolen orders.
Thistle and Hope has a 30-day return policy, customers have 30 days from purchase date to request a return. The item must be in the same condition that it was received in, unused and in its original packaging. Customer will also need the proof of purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded and customer is responsible for return shipping costs and restocking fee.
Beginning a return is easy, visit our contact us page. We will provide additional information and an address to send the returned item. We do not offer free postage for returns.

For any addresses that are entered incorrectly and therefore the parcel goes missing, no refund will be provided.
Once your return is inspected, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, shipping costs and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Note- it may take several days for your bank to process the refund.
Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing. If you are in need of an exchange for the same item, please message us through our contact us page or at firstname.lastname@example.org. If item is determined to be defective due to shipping, you will need to file a claim with the postal courier.
